Your right to cancel:

You can cancel your order at any time, if you wish to cancel please email "info@arrowsocks.co.uk" as soon as possible, we work fast and will not be able to cancel any personalised orders that have been made, in such cases we will only be able to refund the postage costs.  

Cancelling of stock item orders: if we recieve your cancellation request before the items are postage we will cancel your order and refund in full,  If your item has been posted you will need to use our returns process to recieve a refund.

Ordering with us:

We are web based only, we do not have the required infrastructure to take orders over the phone or take payments offline.

Ordering through our website is easy - we're never far away if you need any help and have a contact form, chat box and email address for you to contact us on. We will always try and reply within a few hours - often quicker.  

Payment can be made in the following ways:

 - Credit / Debit card via SAGE Pay
 - Paypal
 - Bank transfer - details for this will be provided at checkout. Your order will be put on hold until cleared payment is recieved. (UK Orders only)
 - Cheque - due to bank charges we can only accept cheque payments for over £10.  Your order will be put on hold until cleared payment is recieved. (UK Orders only)
 - Amazon Pay - using your Amazon account and stored payment details.

Once your order has been placed you should recieve an email from our shop, detailing your purchase and confirming your order.  We try to get all orders out next day at the latest, delays can happen if we need to get information such as arrow spines from you.  When we pack your item it will be scanned out of our system and an email will be sent to you notifying you it is finished.  If an item is packed before 2pm it will normally be in that days post, after this will be next day into the postage system.

Delivery:

We use Royal Mail for our delivery, their service is normally next day for 1st class mail but during peak times this can be extended up to 10 days.  2nd class post in quiet times will be as fast as 1st, during busy times delivery can be severly delayed.  It is worth noting that signed for mail is NOT TRACKED, it simply gives us proof of delivery.  Special Delivery is tracked and signed for, guarenteed by 1pm next day (after postage). International orders are dispatched either by Air Mail which can take over a week to arrive, or International Tracked & Signed which can be tracked along it route and a signature is required on delivery. 

Loyalty Points:

Our loyalty points system has been set up to reward returning customers with money off, the more you spend with us, the more points you will build up.  AT certain times you may be able to earn more points when we run special offers.  To earn and retain points you need to have an account on our website, which is quick and simple to sign up for.  Points have no monitary value and cannot be exchanged or traded outside of the scope of the points system.  I fyou have an account with us, we will add points earnt in our physcial store or at trade stands if you ask us to. The points system started on the 13th December 2017, transactions before this date will not be entitled to earn points. You can "spend" you points on our website, against future orders.  Points are assigned to your account 10 days after your order is shipped.  Cancelled and returned orders will forfeit any points earn't.
