For Non personalised goods (Stock items, nocks, fletchings etc):
We operate a 30 day no quibble returns policy if you change your mind or are not happy with any of our stock products.
In the event that we send you the wrong item - please let us know ASAP and ideally send us a picture with your email, it'll help us figure out whats gone wrong and fix it faster, either by way of a return and refund or getting the correct product to you.
In the event you change your mind - please contact us and we can arrange your return. A refund will be issued on receipt of the goods, which much be unsused and in re-salable condition, minus our original postage costs. In this instance you will need to pay for the cost of the return postage and take responcibility for the items safe arrival. You will be issued with an address and returns number for your return. Any unexpected returns risk not being processed - especially if we dont know who they are from.
For personalised items - wraps, labels etc:
We will, of course, remedy any mistakes we make (we are human so we make the odd mistake/typo), any manufacturing or content errors will be fixed ASAP without the need to return the items (its unlikely we'd be able to resell a product weve made incorrectly!). Just get in touch as soon as you notice a problem and we'll work as fast as we can to rectify the issue.
Unfortunatly we're unable to accept returns for customised items that are correctly supplied.
As a rule - if there is an issue just get in touch, we're a small company run by nice people who want our customers to be happy with their purchase!
